You keep ownership of your uploaded content. However, by posting or sharing, you grant USkate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to display, distribute, or promote your content within the platform.

You may not upload or share:

• Copyrighted music without rights
• Explicit or unlawful material
• Harassing or defaming content
• Content that violates DMCA or intellectual property laws

We comply fully with the US laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

4. Location-Based Services

Location sharing is strictly under your control. By enabling live map features, you:

• Agree to real-time geo-location access
• Understand visibility settings
• Accept responsibility for public exposure risks.

You may disable your location sharing at any time.

5. Marketplace and Ticket Sale

All transactions are subject to:

• Applicable US and state commerce laws
• PayPal and Stripe payment gateway policies

USkate acts as a facilitator and not a direct seller, unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for:

• Vendor product or services quality
• Event delay or cancellations
• Third-party disputes

6.Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Users may cancel via respective app stores or in-app subscription management. Refunds are governed by the respective app stores’ policies and payment processor agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, algorithms, and branding are the property of USkate and protected under US copyright and trademark law.

Unauthorized access, use, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

8. Music Integrations

USkate offers third-party music services (e.g., Spotify). We do not claim ownership of streamed or licensed tracks. Users must comply with the respective music service terms.

Unauthorized use or distribution of music content is strictly prohibited.

9. Community Standards

We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Illegal resale
• Impersonation
• Fraudulent ticketing

Violations may result in:

• Content deletion
• Account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Legal actions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by US law, USkate will not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Event delay or cancellation
• Vendor disputes
• Data loss
• Offline interactions

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under US rules and laws.
